Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers was established in 2009 by Robin Jones BSc MRICS and Fraser Maldoom Dip.VEM FRICS. Our Directors and Consultants are all Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers each with over 25 years surveying experience in a wide range of surveying disciplines. Our “core team” have worked together since 2003 or earlier, throughout London & The Home Counties, from offices in Central and South West London.
We specialise in the Survey & Valuation of Residential Property and are a multi-discipline firm of Chartered Surveyors not tied to any lender or estate agency.
Whilst much of our work is within and around the M25, we have also surveyed many substantial Listed Country Houses further afield and where appropriate we are able to put 2 surveyors on site, each equally experienced in such work.
We take pride in the work we do, providing a personal service meeting modern demands and maintaining traditional standards.
We recognise that contact and accessibility is of prime importance to our clients so we are always available to discuss the service we provide as well as specific matters arising from our surveys.
